

Prescott, Arizona (March 25, 2025) – Yabapi College was recognized nationally for its positive community-based culture when USA Today cited it as one of the “top workplaces of 2025” at the Celebration Summit in Las Vegas last week.
The Top Workplace Award recognizes more than 1,500 organizations with over 150 employees, and exceptional people have created their culture for the first time. Approximately 40,000 organizations were invited to participate. The winners are recognized for their commitment to promoting a work environment that values ​​employee listening and engagement. Yabapai College, which has six campuses and a learning center in Yabapai County, was cited as a standout workplace among institutions with between 500 and 999 employees.

The USA Today website lists Yavapai College’s most distinctive feature as “a community of supportive and dedicated faculty, staff and administrators who care about the education, aspirations and success trajectory of all students.” The site also praised the expanded access and versatility that YC’s expanded online offers offer to students, as well as the comfortable climate of the region and multiple learning locations throughout Yabapai County.

The “Top Workplace of 2025” quote comes a year after Yavapai University was selected as one of the “Top Workplaces of Arizona” of 2024 by Azcentral, USA Today Network and Localiq.
