Verde Valley News – Activating student career inspiration and exploration to program enrollment is an important part of connecting our workforce ecosystem. Yavapai College is excited to partner with Pipeline AZ to launch the College Bridge program in my future AZ.
Pipeline AZ has built the Arizona Department of Education, the Center for the Future of Arizona, and the Future AZ for career exploration in K-12 for the Arizona Business and Education Union. The Bridge Program aims to further promote the transition from high school to college for Yabapai County students.
Thank you for the STEM career literacy and routes of the Department of Labor in Rural Arizona. Students using my future AZ can choose relevant related pathways or programs with their educational and career action plans goals that they plan to attend Yavapai College. A university for support. This allows for fair access to all Arizona careers, particularly high demand, high wages and high-skilled occupations, beyond STEM’s interests.
Yavapai College Advisors is ready to assist students in a more seamless registration process. This dedicated approach begins much faster and more intentionally with Yabapai County High School students between Yabapai College Advisors.

The Arizona Department of Education, Arizona Center for Future, Arizona State Assemblyman and Education Forward Arizona have worked with my future AZ for this initiative. Statistics show that only 48% of high school students who attend college in the semester after graduation aim to increase that percentage to 70%.
Pipeline AZ serves five community college districts across the state, offering branded and customized community college solutions that students can use while attending their respective universities. Yabapai University’s solution, Yabapai Pipeline, was founded in 2022.

STEM’s career literacy and path forging in rural Arizona is supported by the US Department of Labor. A total of $1,998,968 or 100% of the youth award workforce pathways are funded by federal funds. Pipeline AZ is a career development and exploration platform that creates pathways to careers in demand by connecting dots between industry and education.
