Yavapai College's Regional Economic Development Center (REDC) has named Executive Director Vincent Redgrave and Director Karen Jones the 2024 recipients of the ARIZONA@WORK Yavapai County 2023-24 Annual Workforce Director Award. We proudly announce that we have been selected.

The Annual Workforce Director Awards, sponsored by the Northern Arizona Council of Governments (NACOG), recognize local leaders who have demonstrated true dedication and vision through their work in Yavapai County and Northern Arizona.

As senior executives at YC's Center for Regional Economic Development, an agency dedicated to creating workforce solutions for local businesses, Vincent Redgrave and Karen Jones identify emerging trends, adapt to them, and develop appropriate solutions. has demonstrated an outstanding ability to ensure the availability of appropriate resources. Mr. Vincent is an Executive Director with 20 years of senior industry leadership experience. Mr. Jones is a banking, retail and procurement veteran who has worked at Yavapai College since 2009 and has been instrumental in bringing together key resources and partners to meet industry demands and develop a skilled local workforce.
