The Yavapai County Community Organization Active in Disaster (CoAD) is excited to partner with Yavapai County Emergency Management (YCOEM) and Cliff Castle Casino Hotel for the upcoming Yavapai County Preparedness Expo. This event is scheduled for Friday, September 19, 2025.
This free, county-wide gathering will bring together emergency responders, nonprofits, government agencies, and local businesses to showcase various resources and tools available before, during, and after a disaster.

Event highlights:
- An interactive exhibition featuring first responders, safety organizations, nonprofits, and local businesses.
- Preparation classes and demonstrations on topics like wildfire safety and family preparedness.
- Activities for families, such as child preparation education and emergency kit displays.
