Prior to the official opening of the new Prescott Detention Center in the coming weeks, Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) Sheriff David Rose will be giving a public tour.

The tour will take place on Wednesday, July 12 and Friday, July 14 at 5:30 p.m. at the new Yavapai County Justice Center at 1200 Prescott Lakes Parkway in Prescott.

The tour goes through the kitchen, laundry, medical, air intake, and housing units. The tour takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, so please wear comfortable shoes.

Parking is located in the Justice Center main parking lot. Please note that eating, drinking, photography, and videography are prohibited.
