“Yellowstone” released its first full trailer for Season 5 Part B (S5B) on Friday, and it shows off a great path forward for Kevin Costner's departure from the series.
Someone in Paramount+'s marketing department needs a raise, because a trailer for what could be the upcoming final episode of “Yellowstone” has fans on edge. On Thursday, the first look at the series was released, but it featured the conspicuous absence of star Kevin Costner and heavily promoted characters Beth and Lip, played by Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser.
Less than 24 hours later, Paramount released its first The real teaser There are so many scenes featuring Costner in the trailers for this season.

“A legacy,” says Costner's John Dutton, sweaty and grumpy as ever, as a supercut of his three children, Beth (Riley), Case (Luke Grimes) and Jamie (Wes Bentley), shows us that one of them will inherit Yellowstone Ranch and all that comes with it. But who? (Related: Everything that happened in 'Yellowstone' in 2023 and what to expect in 2024)
Rumor has it that it's Beth and Lip. Apparently they're in negotiations for a sixth season of the show. Bentley has said he wanted the show for himself since long before Costner left. Grimes and his TV people are the only ones who haven't been involved in any Legacy gossip, except when I said I should leave it all to them.

As with previous clips from the upcoming series, it's hard to tell if Costner's scenes are from previous seasons. (RELATED: Forgotten 'Lost' Star Matthew Fox to Star in 'Yellowstone' Spinoff 'The Madison')
But the rest of the family's actions seem pretty new. Case chooses his wife and kids over the ranch. Jamie's downfall might be the work of the FBI. Who knows. Beth beats up another woman who probably blackmailed her. And if you think women like Beth don't exist in real life, come over to dinner at my house.
“Yellowstone” will be re-released on November 10th.
