The Colorado Rockies and Boston Red Sox met in a Thursday afternoon game that got pretty interesting in the top of the fourth inning at Coors Field.

Rockies starting pitcher Cal Quantrill Facing a two-out pinch, the Red Sox catcher Reece Maguire It was a flurry of balls toward center field. But before he could get back to the dugout, things quickly came to a boiling point. And on top of that, the situation got incredibly personal. Incredibly, very personal. Just totally disrespectful. So disrespectful that it emptied the benches and nearly led to a brawl.

After getting out, Quantrill yelled and put his feet up in relief, but McGuire didn't look too happy about it and, as a result, stopped heading to first base and looked toward the Colorado pitcher. However, his momentum did not last long as Quantrill attacked him brutally.

“You're wanking in a freaking parking lot, you idiot,” Quantrill yelled at Reese.

And from there, the two nearly got into a fight, the benches emptied and a full-scale brawl between the Rockies and Red Sox nearly broke out.

For those of you who don't know what Quantrill is talking about, Reese 2020 Reese was arrested after allegedly masturbating in a parking lot in Dunedin, Florida, near the Toronto Blue Jays' spring training facility. Reese was playing for the Blue Jays at the time.
