Alejandro Figueroa Cunningham is a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk of recidivism.
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – The Yuma Police Department (YPD) has notified the community of Level 3 Sex Offender Alejandro Figueroa Cunningham.
Alejandro Figueroa Cunningham, 40, lives in the area of South 13th Street and West 3rd Street in Yuma.
Cunningham is described as 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
According to YPD, Cunningham had sex with the minor against her will in August 2003.
He later pleaded guilty to sexual assault in April 2005 in Yuma Superior Court.
Cunningham also failed to register as a sex offender in Yuma County in October 2018.
He also pleaded guilty in June 2019 in Yuma Superior Court to failure to update his address.
