Victor Aquino is a Level 3 sex offender and is considered to be at high risk of reoffending.
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – The Yuma Police Department (YPD) announced they are alerting the community about Level 3 sex offender Victor Aquino.
Victor Aquino, 47, lives in the 2000 block of West 2nd Place in Yuma.
Aquino is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 176 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
According to YPD, Mr. Aquino was arrested in San Francisco on January 5, 1996 on multiple charges including kidnapping, forcible rape and false imprisonment.
He was then found guilty of sexual assault in San Francisco Superior Court on May 23, 1996.
Aquino was rearrested on April 17, 2002 in San Francisco on charges including kidnapping, forcible rape, oral copulation, false imprisonment, and robbery.
YPD announced that Mr. Aquino was convicted in San Francisco Superior Court on November 9, 2004, of assault with intent to commit rape and robbery.
