Yuma — Yuma Air Show 2023 is scheduled to take place at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma on March 11, 2023.
Saturday air show gates open at 9:00 am. Performances begin at 10:30 am and end around 1:00 pm. Gates to access the show will be closed at 12:00 PM and no inbound traffic will be allowed. Free general parking access is located at the south end of the air station off County 14th Street. Please use the shuttle bus from the free parking lot to the venue entrance.
Yuma Airshow 2023 will provide the community with the opportunity to watch free air and ground performances while interacting with Marines and sailors aboard the facility. This year’s performances include the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band, Marine Corps Mounted Color Guards, Military Free Fall School Skydiving Demonstration, Aftershock Jet Truck, Air Force F-35A Lightning II Demonstration, P-51D Mustang Heritage Flight, Air Demonstration It is included. The Marine Corps’ F-35B Lightning II and his MV-22B Osprey, and the Marine Corps Air Parade.
The annual air show is MCAS Yuma’s signature event and is expected to attract large numbers of visitors. Carpooling is highly recommended. Due to security and safety measures, slower traffic is expected north of County 13 Road on Avenue 3 E. Please follow the signs. If you are close to an airport, expect slower than normal traffic flow.
The safety of all spectators and performers attending the airshow is our top priority. This year, if you attend an air show and bring a bag, we will require it to be transparent. Additionally, all spectators will undergo a security screening prior to entering the flightline area.
