Yuma, Arizona (AZFAMILY) -Uma’s tattoo artist who ignited a 9 -year -old girl is protecting his actions.
He goes by the name of Sosa and is a part of the owner Yuma’s Black onix Empire Tatu。
Sosa says he posted a videos that tattoos a young girl after posting.
The girl’s parents brought her, especially outside the state, to get a tattoo.
She demanded the image of Donald Trump on her neck, but Sosa persuaded her to get more patriotism like her flag.
Tattoo was held a year ago, and now a 10 -year -old girl has returned to get a touch -up.
“It’s not like tattooing 9 -year -old children every day,” Sosa said.
He said it was an exception. His cut -off age is usually 15 years old, and he has the consent of his parents.
In Arizona, it is legal to agree and tattoo children in the presence of parents or parents.
“I have gained a lot of hatred since then. My employees have been disliked. My business, I have a very bad review on Google,” said SOSA.

He knew that the video would be controversial, but not this extreme.
“Every advertisement is a good advertisement. I want to make a good advertising, but this is just a debate,” said Sosa.
