Yuma High’s Cell Block to transition to online-only store

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – Yuma Union High School District (YUHSD) announced that the Yuma High School (YHS) cell block store will transition to an online-only store next week.

Starting Monday, Jan. 29, The Cell Block will transition from a brick-and-mortar location on Yuma High School's campus to an online-only store.

This online store aims to serve criminal graduates.

“We love seeing faces on campus, and we believe the new online store will benefit the Yuma High School campus in many ways,” said YHS Principal Mike Fritz. “We have been in business for over 100 years and have alumni all over the world. Our online store gives criminals past and present regular access to our products. Expanding our reach allows our schools to We can increase funding for activities and other areas.”

YUHSD said the online store is expected to help increase student safety by not allowing customers during school hours.

This will allow Yuma High School to store a broader and more complete inventory.

YUHSD announced that the cell block will hold a liquidation sale on Friday, January 26th from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

We would like to sell as many products as possible in our physical stores.

YUHSD said the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club, which operated the cell block, will continue to have opportunities to sell products at school events.
