Yuma police notify public of level three sex offender, Jeremy David Weaver

Jeremy David Weaver is a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk of reoffending.

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – The Yuma Police Department (YPD) is warning the community about Level 3 sex offender Jeremy David Weaver.

Jeremy David Weaver, 43, lives in the Castle Dome and Yuma Palms area.

He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

According to YPD, Weaver sexually assaulted a minor in Port Huron, Michigan, from December 2005 to March 2006.

He was convicted of two counts of third-degree sex offense in 31st Circuit Court.

Then, in May 2006, Weaver was convicted of two counts of criminal sexual conduct, third degree (multiple variables).
