Zack Miskel appointed as Chief Client Officer and Partner at Telegraph Creative

Telegraph Creative, a comprehensive creative agency, has recently appointed Zack Miskel as Chief Client Head and Partner.

In his new role, Miskel will be at the helm of the account team, taking charge of significant client relationships. As a partner, he will also contribute to the agency’s ongoing growth and development.

This change comes as Brian Conley, a long-standing leader and partner at the agency, transitions to the position of Chief Strategy and Growth Director.

Conley, who has been dedicated to strengthening Telegraph’s Client Services Foundation, will now concentrate on strategic product promotions full-time. The agency highlights that Conley’s knack for translating Vision into practical branding strategies has been vital to their success.

“These are thrilling times at Telegraph,” commented BJ Ellis, CEO of Telegraph Creative.

“Zack brings the energy, perspective, and leadership we need to accelerate our progress. We’re incredibly appreciative of the team we’ve assembled and the wonderful clients we serve. I believe Zack and Brian are just getting started in their new roles.”

Miskel comes to Telegraph with over five years of high-level leadership experience from previous agency roles, aimed at assisting top brands in enhancing their impact.

His client portfolio features notable names like Thermo Fisher, Oncocyte, and Abrazo Community Health Network, alongside global brands such as AT&T and Mini Cooper. His experience spans various industries, including work with Franklin Institute, Brookdale Senior Living, Synion, Celta Propainters, and Maggickwood.

“My relationship with Telegraph began from the client side, guided by Project Telegraph consulting,” Miskel shared.

“From the very first day, I sensed this place was unique. I got to know the team while sitting on the other side of the table, which is quite rare. The passion and talent here, along with how this team engages with clients, stands out. Telegraph is a place where people genuinely want to contribute, and I’m thankful to be part of a team that’s creating something truly exceptional.”
