KINGMAN – The Mojave County Public Health Vital Records Program, which provides copies of birth and death certificates, will move to the Department of Public Health at 700 W. Beale St. in Kingman on Friday, March 31. It will be the women’s, infants’ and children’s office on the west side of the administration building. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

Direct certificate requests are usually completed while the customer is waiting. Email request processing times vary. The office accepts debit/credit cards, money orders, checks or exact cash.
