A stunning video shows the moment a Florida man convicted of a 1990 serial killer assaulted his lawyer before he was sentenced.
Joseph Zieler was convicted of first-degree murder in May and sentenced to death on Monday in a 10-2 vote, reports say. NBC2.

“He chose a time to get into the mansion. He decided to sneak in through the back sliding glass door. And he attacked Lisa Story in her sleep, and Robin Cornell in her sleep.” the prosecutor said. wink news. “He could have taken the power out of his pillow, re-breathed Robin Cornell, re-breathed Lisa Story, and maybe they could have survived.”
“What was 11-year-old Robin thinking?” the prosecutor said. “‘Where’s Mom?’ Where’s Lisa? Why is this guy touching me? ‘I can’t breathe.’
