The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is seeking applicants for appointment to the position of Agua Julia Judicial District Constable. Constable Doug Clark has retired and will be stepping down as of December 31, 2022.
Constables perform, provide, and return processes, warrants, and notices. Attend judicial courts when necessary. Vacancies will be filled by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. By law, the appointee, like Clark, must be a Democrat and Agua He must live in the Julia district and be a registered Arizona voter. Nominees will retain their positions until the 2024 special election.
