A newly released video shows police investigating reports of two men suspected of threatening the captain of a yacht while the famous rapper was handcuffed on the deck of a yacht, according to TMZ.

The famous rapper appeared to be handcuffed with zip ties with his hands folded behind his back. according to Footage obtained by TMZ. Miami Police said they received a call about a suspected armed robbery on a yacht on the Miami River. TMZ reported that people on the boat also reported two men confronting the captain.

The situation heated up further when the captain announced that the yacht’s rental time was coming to an end. According to TMZ, the two men in question disputed the timing and requested a refund. Citing a report on the incident, the newspaper continued that one of the men had threatened the captain with his life if he turned around.

The video appears to show the Migos rapper sitting on a yacht with his hands tied while at least three police officers search the scene. Police appeared to be having a conversation with the famous rapper, but the audio was inaudible.

A group of women can be seen sitting on the dock as the investigation progresses. TMZ reports that a crew member told officers that he witnessed one of the men rob the captain of his personal belongings, including his wallet and mobile phone. But the paper said police had noticed several variations of the same allegations when questioning passengers on the yacht.

Quevo’s attorney, Drew Findling, issued a statement in the case. “To be clear, there is no mention of Quavo in the police report,” he told the media outlet. “Not only was Quavo not arrested, he was not named as a witness in any dispute. According to TMZ, police said they found two firearms on board, but no firearms were used to threaten the captain.
