Scheduling update for overnight maintenance work on U.S. 60 in Pinal County

U.S. Highway 60, east of Apache Junction in Pinal County and west of Superior (mileposts 208-217), will narrow to one lane starting Tuesday, April 12, instead of April 5, as previously reported. You can Arizona Department of Transportation According to a press release issued on April 4, workers will work daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in three-mile increments to improve the road as follows: From April 12th he until Thursday April 14th. • Westbound US 60 will be narrowed to one lane from Tuesday, April 19 through Thursday, April 21. • Eastbound US 60 entrance ramp will be closed from 7am to 9am. Working on Wednesday, April 13th. • Westbound US 60 entrance/exit ramps will be closed from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM during work on Wednesday, April 20. • Diversion: Drivers will detour during ramp closure. Drivers are cautioned to share roads and to be careful and slow when passing through work zones.
