A man is being charged in Yavapai County after he was accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old child in a video on Wednesday, officials said.
Ronald W. Bryden, 57, has been charged with child abuse, child abuse, and sexual assault, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office. These are all three of his dangerous crimes against children under state law. Bryden is being held at Camp Verde Detention Center, police said.
At about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, agents responding to reported sex crimes in Rimrock’s Cullen Way neighborhood were said to have found a video of Bryden sexually abusing a four-year-old girl. Police said. Investigators and detectives have seen a video showing Bryden sexually assaulting a child, police said.
Evidence was collected and the victim was sent to a medical facility where he was treated, police said.
