Pima County Supervisors approve funding for over 800 affordable housing units | Arizona News

  • Desert Dove Apartments, GHK Properties, LLC, $1 million.

  • Emery Park Place, Family Housing Resources, Southern Arizona Land Trust, Inc. $500,000

New development, home ownership:

  • Mars Landing Development, Habitat for Humanity, $1 million.

Existing – preserve, renovate and reuse:

  • Tucson House, City of Tucson, $1 million
  • El Camino Affordable Homes, Casa Maria and Compass Affordable Homes, $375,000.

The county says both funding opportunities will ensure a total of 1,038 units will be developed or preserved, including a commitment to a 30-year housing affordability period.
