NYT Editorial Board Calling For Biden To Drop Out

The New York Times editorial board has called on President Joe Biden to withdraw from the presidential debates following his poor performance with former President Donald Trump in Thursday night's debate.

“The Trump administration has been trying to get back at Biden, but the president has not been able to get back at him. He has been trying to get back at us, but he has not been able to get back at us …. He has been trying to get back at us. He has been trying to get back at us. He has been trying to

“President Joe Biden has failed to convince voters that he is as capable as he was when he first took office. The editorial argues that Biden will clearly have difficulty answering questions and refuting Trump's claims during the debates,” the report said. The authors argued that other Democratic leaders are better placed to defeat the former president in November, and the editorial board believes betting on Biden in such a crucial race could prove disastrous.

Polls and surveys show that Democratic voters want to see him face off against a younger candidate. TrumpBut there is still time for new and younger leaders to rally enough support to improve the party's chances of retaining control of the White House, the authors argue.
