Yuma County Meeting Dates for Foothills Water & Sewer, LLC, Rate Case

The Arizona Corporation Commission, working with Yuma County, is offering three options for participating in the upcoming public comment meeting in the Foothills Water & Sewer, LLC rate application case.

The company is proposing rate and fee adjustments for the water and sewer departments.

Customers may participate in the public comment meeting by telephone or in person/virtually.

The in-person/virtual opportunity is an additional option for clients in the case, allowing the public to gather at the physical location in Yuma and virtually participate in live proceedings and interviews with the Administrative Law Judge via WebEx.

The hearing is scheduled to take place in August, and customers will have an opportunity to make comments at the start of the first day of the hearing.

The Commission will impose a time limit of three minutes per speaker to ensure that all who wish to speak have the opportunity to do so, and time may be extended at the discretion of the presiding Administrative Law Judge.
