Illegal Migrant Released Into US By Biden Admin Allegedly Committed 22 Crimes In Just Six Months

An illegal immigrant from Venezuela is suspected of committing at least 22 crimes in just six months and still may not be deported, a House Judiciary Committee report found Wednesday.

“The Biden-Harris Administration released Daniel Hernandez-Martinez into the United States without legal justification,” the report states. “Just months after his release, Hernandez-Martinez began terrorizing New York City, committing at least 22 crimes in just six months.”

According to the investigation, Hernandez-Martinez's charges include petty theft, unlawful possession of a weapon and multiple counts of assault, including two counts of assaulting a police officer.

The House committee report states that, despite his criminal history, “it remains unclear whether ICE would have removed Hernandez Martinez from the United States.” investigation Hernandez Martinez is being held in Buffalo, New York, the New York Post reported.

According to the report, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) initially tried to block the Judiciary Committee's request for Hernandez Martinez's biographical file, and failed to provide the information until several months after the Judiciary Committee made its follow-up request, even though the dossier had been completed six months earlier.

Meanwhile, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, who supported decriminalizing illegal immigration as a U.S. senator and co-sponsored three bills to block President Trump's border wall construction in 2019, is now arguing in her campaign that she will maintain Biden-era executive orders cracking down on illegal border crossings.

“The Biden-Harris Administration's disastrous immigration policies have had real-world consequences for the American people,” the House Judiciary Committee wrote. “Now that the Biden-Harris Administration has allowed Mr. Hernandez Martinez into the country, his victims will never be the same. Sadly, Mr. Hernandez Martinez's victims are not alone.”

ICE and DHS did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
