“We can achieve what we've achieved so far,” Vice President Kamala Harris said. said In his first interview on CNN on Thursday night.
That is exactly what we fear.
Harris, in her characteristically cryptic manner, reminded Americans that she intends to continue the legacy of a Biden administration that history will prove to be “transformative.” Most would agree that the past four years have certainly changed America. The Founding Fathers clearly defined the primary mission of the federal government: to “provide for the common defense.” Sadly, no part of CNN's 20-minute infomercial asked what President Harris plans to do about our nation's military. Given that military spending is the largest discretionary item in the U.S. budget and the president is the commander in chief, it's odd that interviewer Dana Bash didn't ask.
The closest Bash came to the military was when he asked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz if he “misunderstood” saying he'd been to war. “When I make a mistake, I certainly admit it,” Walz said. He also argued that saying “weapons carried in war” was a grammatical error. Stolen heroism, typo, same thing. (Related: Morgan Murphy: Tim Waltz Stole My Courage)
When it comes to America’s national security, the Biden-Harris “change” cannot be tolerated any more.
Democrats take over the Pentagon within days of taking office On the hook To pay for gender reassignment surgery Ordered The Pentagon ordered that climate change be placed “at the center of U.S. foreign policy and national security.” Shortly thereafter, the Pentagon ordered all its personnel to take four hours of mandatory training on extremism, regardless of whether they were on guard duty in Iraq or at a desk job. In total, the Pentagon spent 8 million hours “Extremism” has joined the ranks of
In April 2021, just three months after taking office, the Biden-Harris administration announced a full withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghanistan. “We're not going to rush out. We're going to pull out. And we're going to do it responsibly, carefully, and safely,” the president said. Promised From the Oval Office. Four months later, those of us serving in Afghanistan watched in disgust and disbelief as that country collapsed into chaos and bloodshed. President Joe Biden's withdrawal was the most humiliating American withdrawal since the Vietnam War. The blowback continued. That same month, policy experts on the Biden-Harris campaign Announced Less than a month after the US pledged to restore $235 million in aid to the Palestinians that had been cut off by the Trump administration, Hamas Firing Rockets rained down on Jerusalem.
In that first year, the world judged the Biden-Harris team and found it inadequate. While the Biden team focused the military on transgender rights, the size of the polar ice sheets, and white anger, Russian President Putin seized the opportunity to invade Ukraine. Hamas seized the opportunity to launch terrorist attacks on Israel. Iran seized the opportunity to accelerate its nuclear program. China seized the opportunity to boldly launch a spy balloon into the American continent. Lloyd Austin seized the opportunity to walk away from his position as Secretary of Defense. Thousands of young patriots seized the opportunity outside the U.S. military, resulting in the military failing to meet its recruiting goals for the first time in the history of the all-volunteer military.
It is time to toss the Biden-Harris Administration's policies where they belong: in the trash can.
