Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla appeared on the “Locked On Celtics” podcast on Wednesday to discuss a variety of topics, including his team's preparations to set “targets” as they seek to defend their NBA championship.
“Everyone will say the target is on your back, but I want it to be on your forehead, right between your eyes. I want you to see the red dot,” Mazzulla said. Mazura in June stated Speaking on ESPN's “The Row Podcast,” the Celtics captain said they've been plotting the possibility of winning again “since the horn sounded” on the final game of the 2024 NBA Finals, and his views on Boston's title defense have remained consistent all summer.
And now Mazura has leveled up into a cold-blooded killer!

I'm a Miami Heat fan, and while it's not in my nature to like the Boston Celtics, I can't help but like Joe Mazzulla at this point.
But that quote… “They'll say the target is on your back, but I want it to be in the middle of your forehead, between your eyes. I want you to see the red dot.”
