Andy McCarthy Says Latest Jack Smith Evidence Dump Could Taint Jury Pool Against Trump

Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy announced on Friday that Washington, D.C., District Judge Tanya Chutkan will allow the release of additional documents from special counsel Jack Smith to potential jurors against former President Donald Trump. He said there was a risk of prejudice.
