Biden Greenlights Key National Security Memo Before Trump’s Inauguration

President Joe Biden on Wednesday approved a major national security memorandum that could guide the Trump administration on Russia, China, Iran and North Korea ahead of President-elect Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

Biden administration officials drafted the memo over the summer.
