DNC Official Says Democrats Carry The ‘Stench Of Loser’ After Election Defeat

Democratic National Committee National Finance Committee Commissioner Lindy Lee said Saturday that there is a “smell of loser” in the Democratic Party following Vice President Kamala Harris’ historic election loss.

“Unfortunately, the Democratic Party has the stench of losers permeating the entire party. I’m sorry, but I speak as a Democrat myself, and I take no pleasure in saying that. But the Democratic Party at least I feel like I’m going to be left in the wilderness for the next four to eight years,” she told guest co-host Kevin Koch.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg donated $1 million to President Trump’s Inaugural Fund, followed by Amazon Executive Chairman Jeff Bezos, who donated the same amount to the Republican’s second inauguration. The company has promised to stream the event on its Prime Video platform. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman will also donate $1 million to the president-elect’s inaugural fund.

Mr. Lee said Mr. Bezos was likely “thanking his lucky stars” for withholding the Washington Post’s endorsement of Ms. Harris.

“They are doing everything they can right now to continue de-escalation,” Lee said. “Remember what Zuckerberg said during the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania? He praised President Trump as a bad guy.”

Mr. Koch asked DNC officials what they expected to happen as Mr. Trump’s former opponents “kissed the ring.”

“I think they’re going to solidify President Trump’s relationship with the business community,” she told her Fox News co-hosts.

Lee said Americans are “sick” under the Biden-Harris administration’s economy and “hope for change.”

“I think we’re entering a whole new era of prosperity,” Lee said, referring to the celebrations of Trump’s victory and the president-elect’s soaring approval ratings.
