Border czar-designate Tom Homan said Wednesday that President Joe Biden should not assume only American citizens were behind the terrorist attack in New Orleans.

But, you know, the president boasted today that this person is an American citizen, an American,” Homan told “Hannity” guest host Tammy Bruce. “He shouldn’t hang his hat on it.”
“Remember, just a few months ago, we arrested eight people from Tajikistan in New York City, Philadelphia and Los Angeles who were planning a terrorist-type event, a Russian-type terrorist attack here in the United States.
