Tom Homan Accuses Biden Admin Of ‘Keeping The Border Open On Purpose,’ Cites Ongoing Contracts With NGOs

Border czar-designate Tom Homan accused members of the Biden administration on Monday on Fox News of intentionally keeping the U.S. southern border open for their own benefit.

Monaka exterior Homan told “Hannity” that the strategy was orchestrated to maintain the flow of migrants into the country until the last days of the current administration. Homan added that the government continues to enter into contracts with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to manage aspects of migrant processing and assistance.

“As I’ve been saying for four years, this is sabotage. They have an open border. It’s not mismanagement. It’s incompetence. This is by design, they want that border. I’m here [to] It remains open until the last day of your term,” Homan told Sean Hannity. “If you look at what they do, they have contracts to this day. They contract with NGOs to keep the money flowing.”

Homan also addressed the Biden administration’s decision to sell off portions of the border wall.

“Even after what happened in New Orleans and Las Vegas, they are trying to sell parts of the border wall. They are still releasing thousands of people into this country every day through the CBP One app in the CHNV program. The board of directors is [after] What happened?” Homan said. Homan also said he was concerned that such actions posed a national security risk.

“The only thing that Christopher Wray and I agree on is that our southern border is the greatest national security vulnerability this country has ever seen, and that this administration will continue to do so today and tomorrow on January 20th. “We are continuing to release thousands of unvetted people into this country until the end of the day,” Homan said.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported Since the start of fiscal year 2021, there have been more than 7.4 million encounters with illegal immigrants. During President Joe Biden’s tenure, the United States experienced approximately 2.4 million net immigration annually, the largest wave of immigration in the country’s history.
