The copper has disappeared in southeastern Yabapai County, according to the Yabapai County Sheriff’s Office.

The first incident reported was in December, according to the Sheriff’s Office. In another case, the suspect or suspect violated the commercial site and stole a significant amount of metal, the sheriff’s office confirmed.
In another example, the suspect or suspect trespassed into the mine site, stealing hundreds of pounds of copper wire, causing up to $30,000 in damage, the sheriff’s office said.
According to the post, the widespread theft appeared to be directed towards commercial and mining sites.
