Four House Republicans are urging President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to indict elected officials and groups of left-wing activists.
Josh Bretzin of Oklahoma, Andy Harris of Maryland, Eric Burrison of Missouri and Pete Session of Texas sent letters to Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday. House Republicans have urged the DOJ to pursue legal action against people violating federal law, and leftist organisations conspire to help illegal immigrants avoid federal immigration authorities. and after multiple reports of elected officials. “We today praised the prosecution of Gov. Kathy Hochul and New York Attorney General Letitia James, supporting individuals, organizations and illegal aliens, and assisting Immigration Customs Enforcement Officer (ICE) officers; I write to honorably demand that the elected officials in charge continue to indict it,” a Republican lawmaker wrote. “It is illegal to support aliens to avoid deportation, and therefore we encourage them to continue to maintain the integrity of the American system.”

The letter argues that left-wing organisations such as Code Pink, the Washington Immigration Solidarity Network and the Immigration Defense Project are actively providing resources to illegal immigrants to avoid ice detection.
GOP lawmakers also urged Bondi to indict elected officials who help illegal immigrants avoid detection by ICE.

A Goldman spokesman said the lawmaker’s tweets were not directed at illegal immigrants, but were aimed at American citizens and legal immigrants who could be mistakenly detained on the ice.
Homan will host New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in partnership with the DOJ to host a virtual webinar advising illegal immigrants on how left-wing fire trucks handle their encounters with ICE on January 11th. warned that it was determined whether it violated federal law.

Bondi filed a lawsuit against Hochul and James on February 12, citing New York law that allows immigrants to obtain driver’s licenses regardless of their legal status. The Trump administration filed a lawsuit between Chicago and Illinois over city and state sanctuary laws on February 6, restricting cooperation between local officials and ICE.
“This is a new DOJ,” Bondy said at a press conference announcing the Justice Department’s lawsuit against New York. “We are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens and angel moms.”
“New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. Today we’re halting,” Bondy added. “We sued Illinois. New York didn’t listen. Now you’re next.”
Bondi also withdraws DOJ funds from Sanctuary Cities and called for an investigation into the sanctuary jurisdiction that will destroy Ice’s deportation efforts on February 6th.
DOJ did not immediately respond to DCNF’s request for comment.
