President Donald Trump said he supports serving as Rep. Floron Donald as Florida’s next governor in Truth Social Post on Thursday evening.
Trump is pleading conservative Florida lawmakers to jump into the race, citing his support for the president’s first American agenda. Trump’s support is likely to have considerable weight given his residents and political influence in the nation. “As governor, Byron will have a loud voice and will work closely with me to advance America’s first agenda,” Trump said. “He secured our borders, stopped immigrant crime, strengthened our troops, protected our veterinarians, restored economic strength, promoted American energy control, and under the siege of Article 2. I will protect us with it.”

Donald had 31% support, but Republican Li’s All-Florida Li got 4% support, followed by state agriculture commissioner Wilton Simpson with 3% support.
No Florida Republican has ever jumped into the GOP primary.
Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has not supported his successor so far, but is subject to a limited period of time.
Donald is a member of the Conservative Freedom Caucus and currently works for the third term representing Florida’s District 19.
