Radio host Charlamanita on Thursday made clear notice to journalist Mougin Wood that there is no problem with President Donald Trump’s administration following the law by deporting illegal immigrants.

“So if they’re illegal for committing a crime, I have no problem with the ice doing their job, if they’re illegal for committing a crime.”
Wood asked Charlamane if he generally refers to “violent criminals” or illegal immigrants.
“If they’re here illegally, they’re here illegally… they’re here. We’re acting like this wasn’t happening in America,” replied Charlamagne.
“We behave like our system is not backed up. This means you could be a citizen and your system could be backed up,” Wood retorted.
Charlamane called on journalists for switching from a discussion of illegal immigration to citizens.
“So you’re confusing the two. If you’re a citizen, you’re a citizen,” he said. “If you’re here illegally, you’re here illegally. I don’t know what to tell people.”
Charlamane later pointed out that former President Barack Obama was known to have deported many illegal immigrants while in office.
“We’re now crossing our arms over ice that say we want to deport ice illegals. You know, Obama deported over 400,000 illegal immigrants in 2013,” he said. “They once called Obama the ‘Chief Deporter’ so I wonder what he was doing. That’s all – I just want to know… ‘Because you know you chose and chose what we were infuriated, and who chose and chose who would do it. ”
Homan led the Trump administration’s efforts to arrest and deport violent criminals who illegally resident in the United States as a result of the administration’s immigration enforcement.
Jasmine Crockett, Democrat Texas Rep. I insisted “Katie Fan Show” Saturday said, “Into the country illegally is not a criminal offence…it’s not a crime,” but Homan criticised her on Monday and corrected her.
“It’s a crime to enter the country illegally under Title 8 US Code 1325, and it’s really pathetic for members of Congress. [doesn’t] I understand what the law is saying,” Homan said. “They wrote the law, they made the law, [it’s] Signed by the President. Legally entering the country is a criminal offence. And if you’ve entered before, it’s a felony. ”
Homan emphasizes prioritizing arrests for “public safety threats” and “national security threats,” but said authorities would make collateral arrests for illegal immigrants that do not pose such a threat.
