Biden also issued generous grants that were wiped out in December, informing nearly 1,500 people, from drug traffickers to fraudsters.
Francesk Shkami was sentenced to 27 years in 2014 for directing him to “smuggle cocaine and marijuana from Albania into the United States.”

Just before Christmas 2024, Biden announced he was commuting to work for nearly 40 death row inmates.
He notified 37 death row inmates convicted of brutal murder. Biden reclassified prison sentences to life without parole.
