Master-planned community with homes, apartments proposed for Pinal County

Scottsdale-based Eldorado Holdings. Another masterplan community is being created in Pinal County, southeast of Phoenix.

The real estate company recently received approval from the Pinal County Planning Commission to rezoning and planned area development of a project called Arizona Farm.

Located in the northern part of the county, on the southwest corner of Arizona Farms and Felix Road, it has a total area of ​​approximately 761 acres.

It is also located southeast of Queen Creek, between the Santan Valley and Florence, close to Hunt Highway and Highway 79, and connected to the employment communities of Pinal and Maricopa Counties. Most of the property is owned and managed by El Dorado Holdings, but approximately 150 acres are owned by project partner Gilbert-based Langley Properties.

The 761-acre site is now part of a previously planned regional development first approved in 1998 and totaling 2,848 acres, but since then the original plan has been abandoned and some land has been transferred to Florence. merged, developed and used. for farmland.
