Yuma, Arizona (Kima, Kessie) – Deja Foxx, the seventh Arizona Legislature District candidate, will return to Yuma County this week as part of her “Crashout or Congress” tour.

According to a press release obtained by Kyma, the tour stopped at Avondale, Bisbee, Douglas and Nogales.

“This race is who we are willing to fight for those left behind. So I’m off the road and doing this campaign straight to every corner of our district,” Deja Foxx said. “I don’t have a legacy surname or a donor for a big money. This moment is asking for more than a politician. I’m showing up, speaking up and making sure people know they have real fighters in this race.”

Foxx is at Tacomonster, located at 2198 S. 4th Avenue in Yuma. At 5pm on Wednesday, she is also at Tacos Y Mariscos Linedia, 879 B Street in San Luis, at 11:30am on Thursday.

FOXX runs in the Arizona Special Election primary against several other candidates, including Adelita Grijalva and Daniel Hernandez. The seats were held by US Congressman Raul Griarba.

The primary election will take place on July 15th.
