Alabama Farm PAC, the political action committee of the Alabama Farmers Federation, has announced its endorsement of Donald J. Trump for presidential candidacy of the United States, according to a news release from the group on Friday.
Jimmy Parnell, president of the federation, said the endorsement was recommended by county leaders across Alabama and unanimously approved by Firm PAC's executive directors.
“President Trump has a proven track record of advancing policies that strengthen American agriculture,” Parnell said. “His Administration has reduced burdensome regulations, held trading partners accountable, lowered energy costs, and invested in rural economic development.”

“Today, farmers face skyrocketing costs, abuses of government power, and unfair foreign competition,” Parnell said. “Some farmers may not survive another four years of the Biden Administration. If America wants to continue to enjoy safe, abundant, and affordable food and fiber, we must make a change in Washington.”
Former President Trump will face off against incumbent President Joe Biden in the general election on November 5. Alabama Firm PAC has previously endorsed candidates in races for Congress, the judiciary, the State Board of Education and the Civil Service Commission. The 2024 Firm PAC Voter Guide will be available this fall at: Alpha Farmers.
