The 2024 ALGOP legislative agenda includes:
- Enacting universal school choice
- Set a cap on annual property tax increases
- Promoting Inclusive Workforce Development in Alabama
- End taxpayer funding for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) programs
- Eliminate Alabama's corporate personal property tax to reduce government red tape and promote economic growth
- Protects Alabama businesses and citizens by establishing limits to prevent discrimination based on ESG (environmental, social, and governance) protocols.
- Establish a Women's Bill of Rights to clarify the definition of femininity and ensure women's rights to private spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms, and shelter.
- Transfers the authority to appoint the state health officer to the governor rather than an unelected board, returning government power to the people of Alabama.
- Establishes a permanent ban on mask mandates within the state of Alabama.
- Protect children from divisive ideologies by ending the inclusion of controversial concepts such as the transgender lifestyle in classroom instruction in Alabama.
- Introducing transparency in school curriculum and giving parents unrestricted access to their children's learning courses and related materials
