Northern Perimeter: Rio Verde Drive
South Boundary: Jomax Road
West Boundary: 130th Street
Eastern Perimeter: 160th Street
Please bring your prescription, water, snacks, ID and pets. Drive carefully and follow the instructions of paramedics.

Diamond Fire command staff lifted the ban (end) and go! Diamond Fire’s evacuation order is June 28, 2023.
Please be careful when returning home.
The heat relief station at Cactus Shadows High School will not reopen tomorrow as the evacuation has ended.
McDowell Mountain Regional Park remains closed

Update #5: 3:45 PM 06/28/2023
Change shelter status
Cactus Shadows High School will transition from a shelter activity to a heat relief center. Thermal relief stations will be open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM until further notice.
If you are affected by the Diamond Fire and need assistance with your shelter, information and contact numbers will continue to be available 24 hours a day at Cactus Shadows High School.

The evacuation order for Diamond Fire remains in place at this time.
