A constable is an elected official who issues protective orders, subpoenas, subpoenas, and court writs, such as evictions and seizures of property. Maricopa County has 26 constables of hers, and his term is four years.

Diaz:
“No one in the Cyrene area should fear for their safety. Phoenix has a crime rate 61% higher than the national average and violent crime 106% higher than the national average (areavibes.com) Our city is not as safe as it used to be, and with the defunding of the police movement, the Phoenix Police Department and others in our area are demoralized and severely understaffed. Regardless of views, this should piss off all Arizonans.As a police officer, I take pride in serving my community and making it safer.”
