The plaintiffs said they were invited backstage for a post-concert gathering, where they were escorted along with 40 other women. The plaintiffs said they waited about 30 minutes for Brown to arrive in the VIP area, then grew tired of waiting. When Brown arrived, the plaintiffs began to leave, and Bush patted him on the back as they said goodbye. According to TMZ, court documents state that after Bush congratulated Brown on a great performance and received thanks from Brown, a member of the entourage yelled, “Hey, don't you remember when you two were arguing?”

According to TMZ, the situation quickly changed, with Brown responding, “Yeah yeah. What's up, nigga, I ain't forgotten nothing,” and then verbally directing his men to punch Bush.

Bush claims he was soon surrounded by at least seven to 10 members of Brown's gang, who punched and kicked him, and that a man he calls “Boss Hood,” a member of Brown's campaign, threw a chair at Bush's head.

The plaintiffs allege that Brown ordered Yella Beezy and his men to “beat up” Parker. They claim that the men chased Parker up a dead-end staircase, where he was confronted by a locked door and was unable to escape the violence. According to TMZ, Brown allegedly ordered everyone to join the fight, and Parker was punched and kicked in the head for more than 10 minutes.

All four plaintiffs claim they suffered varying degrees of serious injuries requiring medical treatment, and are represented by attorney Tony Buzbee, who claims that at least one of them remains hospitalized as of this writing as a result of the assaults he carried out at Brown's behest, according to TMZ.

Buzbee vowed to hold Brown to justice for the pain and suffering he caused the plaintiffs.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit also seeks restraining orders against Brown, Beezy and Cinco Sieg.

The extent of the injuries has not been disclosed. (Related article: Priscilla Presley files lawsuit against former business associate for defrauding her of over $1 million: reports)
