PARKER — A Wyoming girl subject to an Amber Alert was found after authorities stopped a vehicle on State Route 95 near Parker.
A vehicle involved in the Amber Alert in Wyoming was stopped by sheriffs on Friday, according to a news release from the La Paz County Sheriff’s Department.
James Martin Warren, 36, of Casper, Wyoming, was taken into custody by the La Paz County Sheriff’s Deputy.
The 14-year-old woman who was the subject of the alert was found unharmed inside the vehicle. She was confirmed by other media sources for Gracelyn Pratt, who was reported missing after the girl didn’t return home from school on Wednesday.Martin is an acquaintance of her family by authorities. is explained.
According to the Casper Star Tribune, police believe Pratt had been in touch with Martin for some time, and they were seen together in the days leading up to her disappearance.
Police have not commented on Pratt and Martin’s motives for leaving Wyoming, the paper said.
