American Outlaws — The Biggest U.S. Soccer Fan Group — Call For Greg Berhalter’s Firing As USMNT’s Manager

The American Outlaws, the largest fan group for the United States Men's National Team (USMNT), have officially joined the “Fire Gregg Berhalter” movement. For those unfamiliar with soccer culture, this is a pretty big deal.

that's all 30,000 The supporters group, which has more than 200 chapters around the world, issued a fairly strongly worded statement about Berhalter, arguing that he should no longer be the head coach of U.S. Soccer with the 2026 World Cup fast approaching. “As an organization, we have heard from our members and chapter leaders that change is needed for the USMNT. American soccer fans are ready to reach levels never seen before, yet we continue to miss opportunities,” the statement read in part.

“Changes are necessary if we are to qualify for a home World Cup and we cannot afford to miss this fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on football in the country. We feel that bringing in a new manager is an important step at this time.”
