Mojave County, Arizona – Republican Paul Gosar won another term in Congress after the Associated Press declared him the quick winner in the race for a seat in Congress representing the west side of Arizona .

Arizona’s 9th congressional district includes Kingman, Bullhead City, La Paz County, Wickenburg, and northern Yuma County.
The CD9 race was called when Election Day results began to be announced on Tuesday night.
Gosar has generated a fair amount of controversy during his last decade in parliament. The Republican was criticized last year by colleagues in Congress after he posted an animated video online depicting him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Gosar faced many Republican challengers in this year’s primary, but easily won the party’s nomination.
Gossard has been criticized by members of his own party for participating in the America First Political Action Conference hosted by white supremacist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes. suggested that he was an “idiot” for attending the conference.
