Vice President Kamala Harris went on the campaign trail Monday with former Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney, hoping to court country-club moderate Republicans in battleground states.

Mr. Cheney will join Mr. Harris in Chester County, Pennsylvania, as well as Oakland County, Michigan, and Waukesha County, Wisconsin, along with neocon Bulwark publisher Sarah Longwell and former Bulwark author and neocon author Charlie Longwell. It’s a pretty clever move by the Trump campaign to frame the attack by appealing to Muslim Americans, many of whom live in Michigan. The Daily Caller recently reported that Islamic activists and socialists fed up with the Biden-Harris administration’s policies toward Israel are working overtime to disrupt Kamala’s campaign in battleground states. According to the activist group Drive 75, if enough Muslims refuse to vote outright, the state could swing in Trump’s favor. The Harris-Waltz camp seems to be making a pretty big and pretty stupid bet. Maybe they’ll use Liz Cheney as a political prop. perhapswill once again energize wealthy, liberal Republicans who can’t stand the populist Trump administration’s vision. How many of them are in rusty, industrial states, anyway? But in fact it seems much more likely guaranteedMuslim Americans who are angry about America’s support for Israel will be less likely to vote if they see Cheney campaigning with Harris, and softer Republicans will be less excited to vote. It has always been that way.

If I were Kamala Harris, I would do nothing more to upset the activists and Muslim Americans who are working behind the scenes to sabotage my campaign. I would do my best to do damage control against that layer. I read an article in the Daily Caller that would lead to a media blitz among Muslim American communities in the Midwest.

But Ms. Harris and Ms. Cheney’s campaign, like their Vogue cover shoot, seem to encapsulate the shortcomings of the modern Democratic Party. This party is made up of warmongering corporate elites who have completely forgotten about working class voters and will do anything to serve society. D.C.’s political class.
