“Title X has been helping families in Tennessee for decades, and the Biden administration’s decision to withdraw funding is unacceptable. Tennessee claims it is ‘non-compliant’ with Title X regulations due to erroneous and outdated rules for 2021,” Green wrote to Becerra.
