Sealed tender for Phase 2A of Radiance & Davis’ paving, sewer, water, road and streetlight plans at the Superstition Vista residential subdivision south of Apache Junction will open at 1:30 p.m. on June 28, according to the notice. Minutes are accepted.
All sealed bids must be received by mail or hand-delivered to Mike LoTempio, Suite No. 120, 1130 Alma School Road, Mesa.
Bids will be published and read out at the EPS Group office at the same address.
This project typically takes place in Davis between Radiance Drive and Warner Road in the city of Apache Junction.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 10% of the total bid amount payable to DR Horton Inc. or a certified or cashier’s check.
The winning bidder must submit a payment security deposit equivalent to 100% of the winning bid price and a performance security deposit equivalent to 100% of the winning bid price. The winning bidder also said it would nominate DR Horton Inc. as the creditor of both the payment bond and the performance bond, and the City of Apache Junction and the Arizona Land Department as additional creditors of the performance bond.
