Britt: ‘If President Biden isn’t mentally fit enough to stand in a courtroom, then he’s not fit to stand in the Situation Room’

U.S. Sen. Katie Britt criticized Larry Kudlow late last week in response to a U.S. Department of Justice report that classified Biden's memory as “fuzzy,” “vague,” “defective,” and “poor.” He also appeared on FOX Business. Biden also pointed out that he doesn't remember when he was vice president or even when his oldest son, Beau, died.

Mr. Biden held a highly unusual impromptu press conference in an attempt to undermine the credibility of the press, but it appears to have backfired when Mr. Biden referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sissi as the “President of Mexico.”

On Saturday, Mr. Kudlow asked Sen. Britt, “Can Mr. Biden remain as commander and secretary?”

clock:

“Look, I think we saw both the vulnerability that he showed and what we all saw last night,” Britt said. “I think that press conference confirmed America's biggest fear, which is that we clearly have a two-tiered justice system, as we saw when that report came out. “He is clearly not mentally fit to serve as commander-in-chief.”

“If you read that report and believe what it says is that he is not mentally competent to stand trial, then he is certainly not competent to stand trial.”
